Transvia (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product of AlphaInfotech. We provide AI-assisted digital business cards, personal websites, resumes, QR sharing, and related tools at www.transvia.in and our mobile applications.

Depending on how you use Transvia, we may collect:

• Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), and optional profile handle.
• Profile & card content — photo, contact details, social links, profession, about text, services, skills, bank/UPI details you choose to add, and other content you publish on your card, website, or resume.
• Usage & device data — IP address, browser/app type, device identifiers, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP for security and analytics.
• Communications — messages you send via contact, feedback, or support forms.
• Lead & meeting data — information visitors submit on your public card (e.g. contact forms or meeting requests), which is shared with you as the card owner.

• Provide, host, and improve Transvia (cards, websites, resumes, QR links).
• Create and manage your account and authenticate sessions.
• Generate AI-assisted copy and resume content when you request it (prompts and outputs may be processed by our AI providers solely to fulfill your request).
• Send service-related emails (e.g. account or security notices).
• Respond to support, feedback, and partnership inquiries.
• Monitor abuse, prevent fraud, and keep the platform secure.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Content you publish on a public card, website, or share link is visible to anyone with the URL or QR code. Do not publish sensitive personal data you do not want made public. You control visibility settings where the product provides them.

We use trusted processors to operate Transvia (for example hosting, databases, analytics, email delivery, and AI generation). They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and understanding how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect login or core features.

We keep account and published content while your account is active. You may delete cards or request account deletion via help@transvia.in. Backups and logs may persist for a limited period for security and legal reasons.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls, hashed passwords) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password and keep your share links private when needed.

Transvia is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Subject to applicable law (including Indian IT rules and, where relevant, GDPR-style rights for users in those regions), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email help@transvia.in with the subject “Privacy request”.

Our infrastructure and subprocessors may process data in India and other countries. By using Transvia you understand your information may be transferred to and stored in those locations with appropriate protections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Transvia after changes means you accept the updated policy.
